“成都小龙虾暴跌至最低6元一斤”“杭州市场小龙虾价格腰斩”……随着各地小龙虾降价的消息陆续传出，也让人们好奇昔日“夜宵顶流”为何会连连下跌，难道人们不爱吃小龙虾了？
大降价！批发价每斤6元起
湖北省是我国最大的小龙虾产区。近期随着小龙虾大规模上市，阿兵(化名)也开始忙碌起来。
他是湖北公安县人，不仅自家有虾田，还会加收周边农户的虾，卖给小龙虾批发商。在批发之余，今年他也在线上开通了直卖业务。
“今年的虾比去年便宜，像23日，小青(小龙虾种类)是6元，中青是12元，大青根据规格不同，价格在25元至32元之间。”阿兵向记者分享道。
“现在是小龙虾集中上市期，最近价格下降了一些。”他估计，5月份会更便宜一些，但不会便宜太多了。
湖北潜江因小龙虾而蜚声中外。潜江市政府扶持的虾谷360平台显示，4月24日，小青参考价8.5元，中青参考价14元，大青参考价30元。从小龙虾市场均价趋势图来看，最近几日，中红(小龙虾种类)、红炮头以及中青、青炮头价格回落均较为明显。
不仅是批发价格下跌，近日，记者走访北京线下超市，发现小龙虾零售价格亦有所回落。
在某永辉超市，鲜活小龙虾标价19.98元/斤。“之前是20多块的，现在在搞活动，价格降了不少。”超市工作人员表示。
另一家大型超市线上APP显示，鲜活小龙虾直降7.9元，达到19.9元一斤，已是近25天低价。
产量逐年攀升、进口虾类增加，价格受冲击
和大闸蟹类似，小龙虾属于季节性美食，每年4月份，随着小龙虾大量上市，价格会逐步下跌，并在5月份达到一个低点。
但今年小龙虾价格较往年偏低，盘古智库高级研究员江瀚认为，这首先归因于小龙虾产量的快速增长。随着养殖技术的不断进步和养殖规模的扩大，小龙虾的产量逐年攀升。“尤其是近年来，各地纷纷出台政策支持小龙虾产业发展，进一步推动了小龙虾养殖业的繁荣。”
记者注意到，由全国水产技术推广总站、中国水产学会、中国水产流通与加工协会联合发布的《中国小龙虾产业发展报告(2023)》显示，2022年我国小龙虾养殖面积达2800万亩、产量超289万吨，占全国淡水养殖总产量的8.79%，已成为第四大淡水养殖品种。
“另外，今年气候适宜，小龙虾的生长环境得到了很好的保障，使得小龙虾的产量进一步增加。”江瀚表示，湖北小龙虾提前上市，同时市场上还有四川等地的小龙虾同步在售，使得小龙虾的市场供给量异常充沛。在供大于求的情况下，小龙虾价格自然会下降。
近日，湖北、四川等地的一些消费者也反映，在菜市场上买到了每斤10元左右的小龙虾。
在江瀚看来，除了小龙虾产量增长和技术进步外，进口虾类水产品的增加也是导致小龙虾价格下降的原因之一。
如今，随着国际贸易的不断发展，越来越多的虾类水产品进入中国市场，为消费者提供了更多的选择。这些进口虾类水产品使得消费者在购买时有了更多的比较和选择空间。
为何小龙虾餐馆没有降价？
前些年，小龙虾价格曾持续飞涨，一度卖到百元一斤。当时有人还做了对比图，小龙虾每斤单价超过奥迪、路虎。
但近年来，随着各地做大做强小龙虾产业，小龙虾的身价也开始滑落，不时有小龙虾跌价的消息曝出，甚至“比肩”蔬菜价、奶茶价。
不过，由于所处地域、购买渠道有差异，消费者对跌价的反应也各不相同。经常有网友评论，在超市买到的还是几十元一斤的小龙虾。
对此，江瀚也分析，尽管批发市场的价格已经跌至个位数，但零售商并未完全将这一优势传递给终端消费者。零售端的价格仍然保持在一个相对较高的水平。这是因为零售商需要覆盖自身的运营成本、租金、员工工资等开支，在低价进货的同时，仍需保证一定的利润率。
至于有人表示，“为啥小龙虾价格降了，卖小龙虾的餐馆没有降价”，也是因为在餐饮经营成本中，除了原料进货成本，还有人力成本以及房租物业成本等。商家还要考虑市场环境、同类企业等因素，结合自身经营理念和策略来确定。
